Accessibility statement

This translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails. Where accessibility stands on doonza.com and the signed-in space, what is checked, what is not, and how to write to us.

1. Commitment and compliance status

Doonza aims for level AA of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines for the website and the signed-in space. The website and the signed-in space are partially compliant: no full audit by a third party has been carried out.

2. What is checked

What is checked automatically at each change: contrast of the focus ring, touch targets of at least 44 pixels, no overflow at common widths, and an axe-core check with no serious or critical violation on the website’s Help page and on the ten most visited screens of the signed-in space.

3. What is not checked

The other pages, the mobile apps and the PDF documents (receipts, credit notes, statements) have not been audited, and defects may remain there.
